"In My Feelings"

NewWolf

Why must a man look weak when he cries for her?
Will the void be filled by she that blossoms his tree or a stranger?
Can he endure the empty gestures she never fingers?
Is his head in limbo not knowing all the dangers?

Love deceased in the once embodied soul,
Kidnapped by "lonely" and tormented by what she chose.
A blanket of unrest, every attempt to fix these sees "no".
In an attempt to fix what he heated she sustains cold.

How can I explain the feelings inside my old carved box,
With it's hourglass of relations caressing it non-stop.
Wanting to multiply good memories to be a healing broth.
Fighting for us, to save the whole flock.

Embroidered with the love for her.
tormented by her actions the feelings stir.
My soul mates her.
Yet, she doesn't concur.

reciprocate mindful jewels of joy.
like, saying I love you, and actually feel the ploy.
Resonate with her words as if my favorite toy.
Why so entuned with these emotions that tend to annoy?

The same emotions that dictate there's life in me.
Announcing that over here is love and good energy.
Those silent cravings called attention I give submissively.
To merge our intellectual roots collectively

Like bees to pollen our brush painted a masterpiece.
Molded by you and you by me, we dance without feet.

    lovelorn, forsaken poetic refrain
    with hope as anchors
    to those electric storm waves
    lightning, as seed
    and thunder, as soundtrack
    to those breakup scenes
'Why so entuned with these emotions that tend to annoy?

The same emotions that dictate there's life in me.
Announcing that over here is love and good energy.'
this that tidal storm of waning
    romance
    (such a decisive poetic voice
    a relatable theme, great read)
    thank you!
