Zero o'clock

Dharchika

You know the days am in right now,

where am sad for no reason, and my body's heavy,

it feels as if everyone around me are busy,

busy running towards something.

I know, it's late.. but my feet's won't move,

am I the only one?

The sounds of the click-clacking clocks,

my life feels crumbled,

nothing makes my heart excite anymore,

just the same cycle of waking up, and unable to sleep,

will I be able to move forward? Or be struck in my endless loop again.

When I come home, as I lie on the bed,

blaming myself, for the faults of others,

why is it only me? I just want to escape this pain...

Dizzy night, looking at the clock,

it's going to be midnight.

Will it be something different?

I know it won't be different.

But this day will be over,

when the minute and second hands overlap,

the world holds its breath for a while,

it's zero o'clock...
