I am irrational

I am irrational.

Often, when little things happen, only one thing comes to mind,

"just kill yourself."

I know that no one will remember what happened,

but my mind won't think of anything else.

A big project?

"Die"

Embarrassing moment?

"You looked so stupid."

I know that I am not my thoughts, 

but sometimes I think they're right.

I know it is extreme, 

but I am irrational.
