Waiting Room

caz84

Surrounded by women

In sensible shoes

All over 40

And all looking blue

No eye contact made

We stare at the floor

Waiting times lengthen

Enhancing the bore

A name is called

They shuffle away

Grabbing their bags

With nothing to say

Fear in their hearts

Death on their minds

You don't know their story

So remember "Be Kind"
