The Hongju Gazebo

Kinsley Lee

In center of the castle, I step the stairs of the gazebo and ascending.
The early summer breeze whispers through the forest with clarity,
There's no signboard inscribed with poems, even the good scenery,
The dull mind, I lay out the letters and write, with th'feel of wanting.

  • Comment from author about the poem: The center of the Hongju castle wall, there is a small gazebo, but it was reconstructed maybe in recent days. I went up there, in early summer, the cool wind is blowing from the woods. But regretfully there was no signboard for the poem, not like the other gazebo. So I tried to write a poem for Hongju Gazebo.
