LIFE IS BUT A BREVITY

grace100

When in my sanity

In this world of vanity

It brings me to a reality

That Life is but a brevity

Day after Day, I grow

Beholding the stars as they glow

The older I get, the deeper I know

Little did I know, I'm becoming that shadow

Here today, I mark my presence

To fulfill my Godly purpose

My existence becomes a glance

And history is said in my absence

LIFE IS BUT A BREVITY
