Dear Dad

yyonae

Snugly tucked

Under blankets of

A cool autumn morning

Blurry eyed

Songbirds chirping

Drizzling syrup

All over my plate

And my hands too

Gentle scolding

Followed by

Hearty laughter

My crinkled pajamas

Lifted up

Up

Purple pink mess

Daydreaming

Hand in hand

Out the creaky door

Silent hallways

But filled

with warmth

A blast

Of icy wind

Knocks my cheeks

in greeting with

a French pink flush

Holding tight

Walking down

empty lots

glowing lamps

Graying hair

Youthful smiles

Cool autumn mornings

With you

There are so many words missing here i couldn't understand it which is a shame because it is probably a nice idea.
