In the realm of numbers, where equations twirl,
Mathematics' challenge, it can't unfurl.
Each problem a puzzle, an artful delight,
As I plunge deep within, my mind takes flight.
With a book in hand, I traverse distant lands,
Where imagination soars, on enchanted sands.
Pages flutter like wings, carrying me away,
To mystical forests where dreams hold sway.
No action wasted, purpose guides my way,
A symphony of meaning in each step I display.
Every endeavor, a puzzle to embrace,
Guided by axioms, at a steady pace.
Logic, my dear companion, once held so tight,
Now eludes my grasp, leaving fear in its flight.
A labyrinth of thoughts, a tangled maze,
How did you, my muse, erase logic's blaze?
Once unyielding and strong, my heart now pounds,
Anxiety races, like wild horses unbound.
An unknown affliction, taking its toll,
As my lungs labor, struggling for control.
My towering IQ, now dwindling fast,
Only 37 remain, slipping into the past.
Like a comet's brilliance, fading away,
While I chase understanding, like shades at play.
Emotional intelligence, a wellspring of grace,
Vanished into thin air upon seeing your face.
200 EQ points spent, all for your sight,
My problem now rooted, my heart takes flight.
Logic and theory, once firmly held,
Now slip through my fingers, like tales never spelled.
No formula devised, no solution in sight,
Only you illuminate my heart's darkest night.
Though it may be explicit, truth to proclaim,
Reality whispers, without mentioning a name.
The enigma lies within you, my riddle's key,
For in your presence, the solution I see.

- Comment from author about the poem: This poem has a little touch to my personal experience.
In this poetry, a person who enjoys arithmetic begins to lose interest after meeting a special someone. Despite the fact that it impairs his/her capacity for logical thought, he/she develop an emotional attachment to this person. The poem demonstrates how feelings may have a significant influence on our life, occasionally even overshadowing over other goals.
