Just a memory

Love-Me-Softly

The day I hold you close
Is the one I’ve dreamt of most
With you on my mind
All of the time
I’m quite scared of the day
I don’t remember your face
And it’s coming near
It’s my biggest fear
I’ve already forgotten your voice
You caused so much rejoice
And you’re gone
You’ve withdrawn
From my mind
I just want to rewind
To the time when
I could hear your voice again
See your face clearly
But you’re merely
Just a memory

    • Love-Me-Softly

If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything at all… I pour my heart out into my poems, and I post them only for those who can relate, if you don’t like the poem, don’t comment on it. My poetry clearly isn’t for you…

      • Love-Me-Softly

I got them from the deepest depths of my thoughts and emotions for someone body that’s already gone. It’s my fault I pushed him away but I’ll always hold him near in my heart
