Do you think a sparrow feels no cold?

Do you think a pig feels no pain?

Does a swan feel loss if it's mate is sold?

Does a bull feel imprisoned with a chain?

Do you think a bug feels no fear?

Will a dog die for his master?

Can an elephant shed a tear?

Can birds sense a pending disaster?

Why does man think only he has a soul,

that he has a monopoly on being superior?

Why is it that his only goal

is to make himself God and everything else inferior?

        an ant's strength, putting us to shame
        yet we parade like our foot size
        means we can stomp over all other
        life;
        abuse our cows, keep them impregnated
        their whole miserable life
        just so we can
        make milkshakes from their
        misery n strife;
        I laugh at people's, brazen
        assumptions of what evil is
        while cracking an egg, every morning
        and trying to dictate, who
        gets the right to define, if
        an embryo is a fetus or a life
        to be protected
        while loudly proclaiming
        'I'll take mine sunny side up'
        ...
        what word defines a person
        better than, the ultimate:
        'hypocrite'

          Thanks L.B. I appreciate the review and understanding words. Yes we as a species have a tendency to underestimate the value of others and overestimate our own.
