The Unspoken Love

Serene

What do you guys think girls fall for?
Some say, it's money for sure
Others claim, it's the looks they adore,
But let me reveal the truth at its core.

The gentle smile when your eyes meet mine,
The random gaze, why does it feel so fine?
You fix my messy hair while I dine,
Tying my shoelaces, a gesture so kind.

The way you hold my hand, as we cross the street,
And your assistance with my traditional saree pleat.
As you cool piping-hot food, before it's fed,
Blushing when I pose, cheeks turning red.

Those Serene walks on a rain-kissed eve,
And your sweet effort on grooving to tay’s tunes, the vibes we weave,
Your little joy in painting my nails,
Letting me rest my head on your back, as our ride sails.

The temple visits we embark on together,
All those Sleepless nights you spend building your career,
So we can lead a life of bliss and cheer,
These are the things that made me fall for you, my dear.
