Where the flowers grow

Gorgorix

Sometimes, I feel alone, on my own,

Lost in sadness, with tears that have flown.

A mirror reflects my somber reflection,

As my heart sinks into deep introspection.

A loveless lullaby plays in my soul,

A melody that scars, taking its toll.

Lonely heartbeats, a melancholic tune,

Yearning for a love that will heal and attune.

When will I rise and conquer the storm,

Soar to the heights, where dreams transform?

My once mighty heart now lies in defeat,

Seeking a glimmer of hope, a path to meet.

In this journey, I chase infinite bliss,

Through days and years, memories persist.

Painful recollections can't be erased,

But I carry on, knowing I must face.

Life's thorns surround like weeds on a flower,

Yet I dream and imagine, hope's empowering shower.

Beneath the night sky, I find solace in stars,

Connecting constellations, healing unseen scars.

I long for everlasting beauty and grace,

Waking to a clear blue sky, a new embrace.

So I wait and ponder, her smile in my mind,

Her enchanting presence, a treasure I find.

A montage of memories dances within,

Those blissful days, where love did begin.

Yearning to turn back time, yet it slips away,

Like clouds in the sky, forever astray.

If love could mend the wounds I bear,

Two hearts united, a strength to share.

I seek a smile in her eyes, a sign,

That my words, my dreams, will intertwine.

Towards where flowers bloom, I set my sight,

Love's conquest, a flame burning bright.

With ardor that glows, eternal and true,

I strive for a love that will forever renew.
