Demon In The Bottle (Part.2)

Shaunmatthewcpoetry

Knocking the gin back full throttle
Not thinking clearly like Aristotle
Arguing was sure to follow
Not liking this fighting
Animosity was rapidly igniting
Demon in the bottle pops up like a spring
Loud shouting is attracting
To twist and contort
Pushing out nasty words
From horrible thoughts
Sorry is on the lips next day, of course

    worst is, cos they
    are drunk
    they, get to forget
    while victims
have to live it with it
    replaying in their heads
    again n again
    (an important write, dear poet)

Indeed, I've been guilty of drinking too much and arguing too, isn't good.
