Acid rain

paige_angela

Cigarettes hidden in the back of the car,
the scent of your cologne still breaking through the blast.

Sun breaking through the window and heating up the rain,
still present in my hair from the hot summer rain.

Red wine spilled covering the hem of your shirt,
ice cold shower breaking through the dirt.

Soap in your mouth yet words still leave a dirty trace,
lighting up my heart with that burning out gaze.

Looking in your eyes with the effect of rose quartz,
couldnt stop myself from giving you my heart;
Giving away my blood like its a la carte.

Running through the city with no one in the crowd,
what an endearing and acid-filling way to waste my time.
