I Made My Promise

I made my promise and I’m going to keep it !
I am standing my ground and am not going to leave it!
With both feet on the ground , I am homeward bound and my dignity has finally be found !
It may not be easy, but I’ll find my way, even if it means letting go of yesterday !!
I must not look behind me because the past is the past !
I must move forward where opportunities are vast!
Climbing each mountain may not be fast , but I made my promise and it won’t be my last !!
