Whispers of Strength

Jeffrey Weese

For the person that needs to see this:
Your heart will heal, your tears will dry,
Your seasons will change, as time goes by,
The darkness will fade, the sun will arise,
Trust in the journey, let love be your guide.

For the person who needs to hear this:
Embrace the journey, the path ahead,
For brighter days and strength renewed,
The whispers of hope, the words unsaid,
Are carried by winds, by life imbued.

For the person who needs to touch this:
Feel the warmth of hope, the gentle flame,
Reassuring you of healing and growth,
In the palm of your hand, it softly came,
A beacon of light, a heartfelt oath.

For the person who needs to feel this:
Let the comforting embrace of love surround,
A tender hug, the touch of a friend,
Reminding you that your journey is profound,
You are not alone, on love you can depend.

For the person who needs this all:
Trust in the healing, the power of time,
Love and support, a sturdy tether,
Guiding you through life's storms, the climb,
Towards a brighter tomorrow, altogether.

In the hearts of those who need it most,
A gentle whisper, a touch, a sight,
The healing journey, a promise to hold close,
A brighter tomorrow, a future so bright.

  • Comment from author about the poem: I penned down the "Whispers of Strength" verses as an earnest message, delivering optimism and reassurance to individuals who could use some. I wanted to remind each of us that our capacity for resilience often exceeds our perception of it and that possibilities for healing and self-improvement are ever-present, should we have faith in our path and the might of love and camaraderie. I aspire for this poem to inspire anyone searching for grit, resilience, and hope in their existence.
