The empty half

viswathejas

                   The empty half

Never thought I would write this

Even never had thoughts like this.

Yes, i moved on with a handful of memories, and that's my heart which bleeds and drips throughout the path

The path we once walked together

The path you will never walk again

The path that will never cross the new path you have chosen, and that's the alchemy of fate.

You were nothing but a half moon

Even though you wasn't full and imperfect

I admired you like a little toddler

Don't call me a hopeless romantic

I made you laugh

Made a definition for comfort

All that to get myself back

Yes, I was selfish.

I don't enjoy the moon anymore

I hope she is getting full at this instance

Rather enjoy the shiny starts who fill

the entire sky hating the emptiness.

They were always there but

not as shiny as you

They were always there but

not as elegant as you.

But they were there as sustenance.
