Beauty and The Observer Effect?

Serene

I wasn't born perfect; I am simply just myself,

And that "just me" is far more than perfection itself.

I may not fit into society's beauty norms,

Because my beauty surpasses those predefined forms.

My beauty isn't marked by a figure that I maintain,

But radiates through my vibrant personality that I attain.

And it is also not measured by how perfect my smile seems,

But definitely, by the strength to smile through challenging themes.

My beauty is not hidden beneath foundation,

But Shines confidently with every scar and pigmentation.

I don't find beauty in wearing high heels to feel empowered,

Rather, I raise my hand high with conviction, in the times when needed.

Lip liners or lipsticks don't define my grace,

It's the words, I speak that leave an everlasting trace.

Eyeliner doesn’t dictate my perception of the world,

But it's about how I choose to see and respond.

My body is not my true beauty; it just houses my soul,

And my soul defines who I am, beyond what's visible.

I didn't choose the skin tone I wear,

And my teeth aren't picture-perfect, yet what I choose, is to nurture a beautiful soul with care.

My body's a vessel, my soul is the core,

What you see is just a glimpse, there's always much and more.

I'm more than just perfection, you see,

I'm Proudly, authentically, and wonderfully truly ME.
