Hugs are most certainly better than consuming drugs

Although both can make you feel warm and fluffy inside

There also comes a feeling of pride

Some people give you squeezy ones

Other humans give you measly ones

 

Some hugs are gentle

While others are quite mental

At times they can help fights dismantle

Hugs can bring one comfort

In times of sadness and desperation

In times of gladness and elevation
