I finally persuaded myself to take notice of your eye colour

It's one of the prettiest shades of blue I've ever seen

 

Your blonde hair and your blue eyes

Contrast my dark brown hair and hazel eyes perfectly

You, the golden retriever, and me, the black cat

 

We were made for each other

You are the perfect height for me to snuggle into

And I'm the perfect height for you to rest your head on mine

 

I'd like to think we find each other in every lifetime

And whether or not the relationship becomes a love story or not

And it just stays as friends

We were always meant to be, no matter what
