Pigeon on a roof sits softly
like that cloud without the edges of a square
she sits softly
a comfortable circle like the sun yet missing the oranges and yellows on her skin
she stands in greys
yet is she singing internally of all those happy helpful yellows
sitting softly
in ways like those lightly grey clouds
without the need to rain or cry
pigeon stands softly grey
reminding us of all those in nature
That have no need to be loud
of all those that have no need to shout talking in loud notes
pigeon speaks of comfortable kindness
gentleness and warmth
helping us
singing her voice
cooing on a roof
and flying the sky
comfortable songs and cotton sounds
and all those hugs travelling to our ears
she sings of soft clouds
making notes for all to hear
pigeon on the roof
flys the sky
sings of circles
without the edges of a troubled square

Yes, I took pigeons indoors on chilly nights. Loads of 'em flapping about in the house now! lol.

I wanted to see what it was like from a birds eye view and so I did a parachute jump in Marlow, these birds are incredibly lucky to see what we cannot. I love your imagery dear Rose. 💖
