Six Years/Six Weeks

We've known each other for six years

But now there's only six weeks until we graduate

Only six weeks left of almost six years gone

 

It's painful to know that there's a time limit on this friendship

And even more painful to know just how much longer

Our paths are crossed for

Each second that passes is one more closer to our departure

 

And these six weeks that we have left

Will fly by so fast

And I wish I could tell you about these feelings

But I can't because I know you don't feel the same

And I don’t know how long they will last for

But I don’t see them disappearing any time soon
