She was a daydreamer
one who actually lived out her fantasies
her charm would have bowled anyone over
a mind of pure genius
anything could have sparked a poem
if she’d just let her imagination steer
she could have written a thousand books
maybe she did?
but her greatest love
was to dance every night
until the break of dawn with Mr Bojangles.

Yep, KP goes out on nightly dances with Mr B. lol.
🤣 She couldn't dance with what she has around her
put on those red shoes and dance .. I just wanna watch you sway .. no touchin .. but this mistress T is very touching indeed ... Neville ❤️
Awe my dear Nev, I love dancing, this was a very subtle shout out to Sinead O'Connor today, such a waste of talent ❤️
Ahhhh I actually consider myself a daydreamer. I do let my imagination run wherever she wants, but I know how to ground her again! 😉 AND Mr. Bojangles....what a song!! Heard it a LONG time ago. Brings back memories. 💛
Thank you sweet Liz, I hope your memories are lovely, I'm a daydreamer too, that's why we can write 💖
Daydreamers all
awaiting Charon's call
Thank you so much dear Jerry. 💖
I remember the song Mr Bojangles
very well written thanks Teddy
Awe this was a pleasure. Thank you so much dear Sunsetmet 💖
Ah, this one is a beauty! I can hear "Mr. Bojangles" playing in the background, and see the daydreamer lost in her reverie. Thank you for such a happy thought dear friend.
Awe you are so welcome my dear Bella, thank you for coming by and leaving such kind words ❤️
There is something about dancing that involves the whole body and soul, more expressive than song, it is a wonderful art and Mr. Bojangles is the right song for it. Daydreaming converted to dance how better to be oneself.
Thank you dear Sorenbarret 🤗❤️
Excellent as per
Enjoyed the twirl
The repeat of" Was" rather than "is"
Tinged the sadness involved
An emotional dance
Thank you dear Peto ❤️
she chose right!
just lovely dear Poetess
