Been writing my blues poetry since the 1990s
Letting off steam in a creative way.
My wife left the Catholic faith as did my kids
Still feeling like a loner in the faith anyway.
I'm burned out on "in-your face" reality
...and no longer watch secular TV
Because it is no longer family-freindly.
The bigwigs in the broadcast field are mostly arrogant and greedy
EWTN and Radio Maria is all that is left that still consoles me.
...which is why I pray my rosary several times daily.
Jesus and Mary please call me home.
The electronic secular media no longer appeals to me.
Hence..I'm taking a sabbatical break
To refresh my poetic creativity........

Amen, well almost!
One things for sure, I doubt every family has a gay couple, just yet!
It always amazes me how we truly are sheep.
