Never

Laurajayne69

You'll never be a high standard as me

You'll never be a father nor a dad.

You've got nothing on me as a mother,

And everyone knows that.

You can come and go as you please,

While the mother stays.

Your attitude over the years says it all.

We've never been your number one priority,

Not even the kids on their own.

I've always 100% try to do right,

Even when I know it won't work.

I've always had the best interest,

But that's where it all went wrong.

I've always been here, and I still continue to do so.

I would say its all easy, but that would be a big fat lie.

It's draining, it's constant and sometimes overwhelming.

You never seen this,

You've never been here.

We can not miss anyone that was never here anyway.
