A Moment of Enlightenment
After spending
almost
forty years,
staring
at the same old
stone wall,
waiting for
enlightenment ..
Suddenly it
dawned on him ..
He had been
well and truly
zenned ..
A long time ago ..

Better late than never....I found Zen fun when I nibbled at it many moons ago, but moved on fairly quickly (probably says more about me than Zen...no not probably....)

LOL ah but now the wall has come down. π€ π€£ π
thanks for reminding me .. I was wondering why I seemed to be staring into nothing β€οΈ
Well, I do believe sometimes you have to sit still in order to create that state of consciousness, and start being guided by intuition. BUT, NOT 40 YEARS. LOL π€£ Although it certainly feels that way. When that moment of enlightment happens, all bets are off. No wall means you can now create whatever you want. That's just how I look at it. Nice piece! π
The fact you have clearly thought about your response to my little scribble has made the whole thing worthwhile .. Thank you LIZ π
