Goodnight Beloved

MountainMintBaby

Hearing your voice.  What bliss

I’m floating and my limbs are not my own.
Shooting thru me electric pulses of knowing your name and hearing your voice

Time a cruel keeper but distance makes the heart fonder

And for you my fondness never has faltered

Sleep well and may you rise anew. Rejuvenated. Refreshed. Regal.

A morning prayer whispered thru the dew drops on clover.

Muscles stretching and awakening with the heartbeat of daybreak.

First words spoken in hoarse whispers of sunrise.

Uttered for you in sienna skies painted by hands that yearn to know you.
