Redemption

Redemption

Now I'll have a block,
Like a lock in my heart,
Never afraid of the dark,
I just don't know where to start,
but God I am free,
but life I am me,
in this prison I will be,
A reflection of the glee,
I hope that will never change,
a reflection that will always shame,
the demons I will not name,
cause a name gives power,
while I see the tower,
that I will never flower,
It will never Bloom,
They made their own tomb,
with the tomb comes a casket,
with the casket comes a seed,
what they really gave to me,
Was the gift that set me free,
to grow my own thoughts,
without a second thought,
I know this is a gift that will never be lost,
it was always meant for me.
