On Nature

duggantherhymer

Those who know most about Nature do readily own
The fact that all things about her by them will never be known
Of her something new to be learned every day
That her lesson are many in truth one  can say
The one with the unrivalled magical power
Who does help mother earth to grow a beautiful flower
Her beauty we see around us every day
To view that we never do need for to pay
The one who helps mother earth to grow the food we depend on to live
Yet from them we do take far more than to them we do give
A sad enough thing of  for to be aware
That many species of her wildlife are becoming rare
Due to destruction of natural habitat to satiate human greed
For extinction we are helping for to sow the seed.
