An Open Box

lonelysoldier

A box

An open box

And open box she is trapped in

Wide open yet she is suffocated

A hidden seal for one to break but how to break it is unknown

To not want to find the key to the seal is one thing

But to persever to find the key and not be able to find it as another

Step out they say

They see a girl in an open box wide open yet suffocated

Can they see the seal?

No, yet they wonder why she stubbornly refuses to step out easily

A seal the one trapped in can only open

And she tries and tries

But cannot find

The key which seals the seal of the box she's trapped in

She asks for help

But who can help

Shes trapped in a box

An open box

Great and open metaphor, I thought of a woman tapped in the box of stereotypes or a woman trapped in an unhealthy relationship or her own limitations of who she could be, a cubicle, perhaps? Thanks for the open ended use
