Gold'n Me

Gold'n me?  I am golden.

i was created with value in mind.
-Hmmm, So was gold.
I was even created to shine.-

-Gold was too.It's a very hot commodity, ya know? Gold is. 

I am not a thing. I'm a human, and my life is very valuable. Far more than gold. 

There's no price you can place on my head or my life. Not anymore, anyway.
I choose to walk in love, in honor of my family and always respecting others. I walk in decency,  with great self-respect and with much self-control. 
I know who I am and no one will ever make me lower my standards to fit in. I will never give up or give in. 
I will always stand up for what is right and just.
I am beautiful. I am smart. I am wise. Problems arise and I might be tried.
Tried tough in the fire 
but everytime Im comin out  pure..  Just like gold. And that's what I know for sure.
