Chasing a fairytale

Melancholia

Chasing a fairytale

A little light to lift me up

Your smile becomes a lifeline

So warm, tepid, cold

Where did it go?

The life behind the spark

Hope is fading into dark clouds

Weighing down my fragile heart

I wish there was a sound

Something that reminds me

That I am worth it

Why am I not worth it?

The life that could've been

My dream, my fantasy

With you, now falls apart

Why is my life not enough?

Why do I need to escape?

Chasing a fairytale
