The lady of the lake

Lorenz

She passed in the half smile

of a lost summer season ..

Only leaving a pale glint

in the mirror of  illusions ,

flight suspended  on the

inconstancy of the lake ...

Dead waters memory ,

dressed in times of melancholy ,

evanescent  dream ...

Beautiful words make for a dream like image in this painting of words. Well done my friend

The lake imagery, melancholy tone, and dreamlike pacing already create a mythic atmosphere, and the Proto-Celtic translation deepens that ancient ghostly feeling even further. Beautiful and evocative piece, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛

Such classic impressionistic poetry, where it's not the plot that matters, but the emotional state - a fleeting moment captured in words. Very beautiful.
