I plan trips and picnics every night
i plan movie marathons
dinner parties and beyond
but then I find
myself all alone
sitting at my home
knowing that no one will show
Thinking friendship is a joke
and we can’t even make it work
oh no
my lemon bars taste too sour
they’re treats that no one devours
I kinda hope that summer ends
before I get disappointed by my friends
