Fates love play.

wise.word.weilder

A star he was, radiant in celestial grace,
She, the grain of sand, embraces the earth's embrace.
To meet, he must descend, surrendering his light,
Burying himself deep, igniting the land in fervent plight.

They left behind the life they yearned to share,
Living apart, bound by love's resilient prayer.
Hope the only companion, in their hearts aside,
Choosing love's path, patiently waiting for the tides.

But what if he vanished before his descent was complete,
She watched, helpless, her heart skipping a beat.
No remedy in sight, their meeting doomed to fade,
A cruel impossibility, destiny's relentless charade.

When they proposed choices, he chose the sand's call,
Silently, she supported, unwavering through it all.
With unwavering patience, she waited for the day,
For that final touch, where their souls would sway.

And when the time arrived, he embraced the fall,
To meet but for once, before fate claimed them all.
Yet as he reached out, fingertips about to unite,
The wind swept the sand, carrying her out of sight.

Their efforts were in vain they, were torn apart,
Losing all they cherished, a devastating departure
A love never meant to intertwine, destiny's design,
Yet eternally engraved in memories, they enshrine.

A cruel play of fate, their hearts left in dismay,
As they yearn for a love that can never find its way.
