Promised by Him
Who does it keep
Good Shepard is
He alone of sheep
Messenger of the
Promise prophesied
By the Almighty Who
Has never ever lied
Messenger to serve
Him was only meant
One Who is but like
The fragrant scent
Purpose was to
Prepare a way
For the one Lord
Each and every day
