Borderline

PurpleGlasses

Regale in my shambles, rejoice in my flaws,
Feast on my faultiness, reject my cause.
She takes pleasure in his pain, his struggles and strife,
She revels in his weakness, in his struggles to survive

She finds joy in his mistakes, in his imperfections,
She delights in his failures, in his contradictions.
She mocks his efforts, she belittles his dreams,
She crushes his spirit, by saying cruel mean things.

He's nothing but a toy, a plaything to her,
She revels in his shambles, as if they were a blur.
She finds pleasure in his downfall, in his deepest despair,
She rejoices in his misery, no pity or care.

He tries to fight back, to break free from the chains,
But she's a master of manipulation, every word a constraint.
He's trapped in a cycle, her never-ending game,
Of trying to please her, with "no one but him" to blame.

She wants to keep him, keep feeling wanted and loved,
She must be worshipped, no matter the cost
He asks for affection, she gives it half, uses it against him, she leaves him aghast

Borderline broken, borderline loved,
no care for his feelings, for all of the above.
He's just a plaything to her, an means to an end, she wouldn't care for it even,
should he decide for his life to end

Borderline wicked,
he brought what she needed,
she bought into her deseases,
why bother with his feelings?

Regale in my shambles, rejoice in my flaws,
Feast on my faultiness, curse my cause.
A victim of her love, a slave to her whims,
Prisoner of her toxic love, no chance to ever to win.
