But I am like green olive tree

In the house of God, so it be

And I do trust in the mercy

Of God for e'er, eternally

 

I will praise you for ever, for

You have worked for me, for good sure

I will wait on you, you will keep

Safe from the enemy your sheep

 

From those that would me betray, you

Have kept me, all my ways you know

And from harm that malicious words

Would do, me defended, me heard
