Like a priceless diamond
Love has many facets
But it can’t be turned
On or off like a faucet
Love of family
Siblings, Mom and Dad
Aunts, Uncles and Cousins
Treasured pets we’ve all had
Love of friendship
All your life long
Or just recently met
With a rock-solid bond
But what more
To open a young boy’s eyes
Than the smile from the prettiest of girls
A heart learning to romanticize
Love evolves mysteriously
Growing into a beautiful gem
Rarely seen so brilliant
Diamond love

it is easy to beat an egg, a drum and a carpet ..
but its much harder to beat, if not impossible,
to beat diamond love .. 💎💛

Sometimes love takes hold of you and just never lets go. Some will think of it as a curse, and some will know they've found something very very unique and special. I believe you and I are of the 2nd choice. 😉
