Meet me at the horizon
where the sun and sky
fade into land and sea;
Where the moon and stars
dissolve into the innocent
light of day,
like a lover’s kiss;
The place where
nothing and everything converge
into absolute dissolution;
Where I finally crossed
the ocean of my mind,
as the steerer of seas
tranquil and turbulent alike;
Where I bathed
in the wildest of my imagination,
the most unrealistic of ideals,
Untainted by fear
in the purest sense,
and basking in this newfound light
I ran free.
