Inventing the time machine could be a lot like Forrest Gump's box of chocolates "You never know what you're going to get". For myself, I'd have to say the 60"s, when I was young and on the cusp of discovering the world, and who I was in it. You pose a real philosophical quandry in a few short lines, for the twists and turns of life are never in plain sight. You've made me think real hard my friend, and I think I'll take the rest of the day off to contemplate. lol
