Surely the Lord's salvation be
Near them that fear Him, see
That glory may dwell in our land
The blessings of His hand
Mercy and truth, they met as one
Together, so it done
Righteousness and peace they have kissed
Each other, no joys missed
Truth shall spring out of the earth here
And righteousness appear
Shall look down from heaven, the Lord
Shall act true to His word
He shall give us that which good be
Our land shall yield freely
Her increase, righteousness shall go
Before Him, we shall know
It shall set us in His way sure
His footsteps evermore
It shall make plain His path before
Us, from His wisdom's store
