Dear Rain,

Real Rhyme

Rain Rain go away,

This is all that I want to say,

Whenever I hear raindrops on the roof,

It makes me want to go aloof.

Childhood dreams, Childhood memories,

Melodious birds with their nest on trees,

Oh, how I missed being a kid again,

That's the effect you have on me My dear Rain.

I want to watch you time and again,

With winds hauling through the window pane,

The fresh scent of mud makes me go insane,

That's the effect you have on me, My dear Rain.
