The Moon

Wackyheartache4

You are my moon amongst the darkest night.

I swoon when you're within my sight.

Your presence, a savory confection

On the palate with every bite.

Without you, life would be so trite.

This companionship, the freest flight.

Endless, the bounds of this nature's connection,

For you I'll never cease to fight.

I would recognize you in another life,

Your soul so blazing bright.

I will share with you all my affection

To the day I succumb to death's might

I love you more than I can say,

You're the woman of my dreams.

That we may laugh untill the end of days

Would be the world to me.
