Don't Let Me Fall In Love With You

jcnillepoetics

When my thought keeps seeing you,
Dancing on my brains on early morning,
Whiles swimming myself into an unrealistic fountain
And finding your beautiful face on the flowering,
Whiles dreaming your touch in hiding,
And faking a joy with me and you,
But I know you
don't let me fall in love with you.

I didn't want to fall for u,
But you fell for me too,
Broken hearts united in love,
The only explanation is God above,
Mended our hearts like broken fences,
You repaired my cracks and tore down my defenses,
I told my heart don't let me fall for you,
Our love is mutual, you fell for me too.

In dreams woven from moonbeams and morning dew,
In whispers of winds, I find traces of you.
In echoes of sunlight and soft twilight hues,
I dance with your shadow, no love to lose.
Yet, reality murmurs a truth too cruel,
A symphony playing the melancholic rule.
With hearts intertwined in a rhythm anew,
Please, let's defy fate, let this love be true.
