In the dead of night, when the world's asleep,
A presence awakens, from shadows it creeps,
A chilling breeze, a ghostly sigh,
In the haunted hours, where nightmares lie.
Beneath the pale moon's eerie glow,
The forest whispers secrets we don't know,
Branches claw at the inky sky,
As spectral figures pass by.
A haunted house on a desolate hill,
With windows shattered, and floors so still,
Footsteps echo, unseen and cold,
In a place where restless spirits unfold.
The mirror reflects a ghastly face,
A spectral image in the dim-lit space,
A scream trapped in your throat, you try to flee,
But the nightmare's grip won't set you free.
In the realm of fear, where darkness prevails,
There's a tale of terror, a chilling tale,
In the scar-scary night, beware and take heed,
For the unknown horrors are what you'll need.
