Delusional

There are all kinds of love, some healthy and some not so healthy

I thought that mine was the good kind but I guess I let that get to my head

I haven't been loved loved before but I did have my chances

I was scared then and I still feel that way now

A difference that you can detect but pass off as being just really friendly

A difference that goes over your head in obliviousness until it's spelled out for you

Confusing thoughts and emotions are hard to determine when there is no experience

Taking what I can from this situation and learning from it

Hopefully fewer mistakes will be made but there is no guarantee

Sometimes they say trust the process and let it be

?
