Cherry Blossom

It was many days ago when I fell for those brown colored eyes, your sweet smile, your long curly black hair flowing with the cold gentle breeze.

I was in a daze for days, for your cold staring gaze was there to kill my heart and bring it simply back to life with your sweet genuine smile.

I wasn’t sure of these feelings, for I don’t want to fall because I’ve been here before, I fell and have fallen deeper, and I have been broken beyond repair.

For to this day, I wanted to yell what I feel, but it seems you don’t like the idea of me and you, so with this downcast feeling, I trudge along by the sea.

I bury these feelings by the sea, covered it in sand, buried it deep and it sunk, never wanting to be dug up.

I lay down by the sea, beside my tomb by the sea.

You were “Annabel Lee”.
