My Stanford is alone

Dr.Suryaraju Mattimalla

“When I need

Time is tortoise.

I want to be with my son, Stanford.

He is alone.

I don’t know his condition.

If there is any racism

If there are any casteists

If there is any terrorism

If there is any ethnocentrism

I don’t know

What does heaven look like?

If heaven is just like earth,

Then it is a struggle for subaltern

It is difficult for vulnerable

It is a struggle for black

It is a struggle for queer

It is a struggle for the untouchable.

It is a struggle for truth and justice.

It is a struggle for morality.

Earthly life is full of lies and violence.

I don’t know my heavenly outlook.

Nobody gave us any information about it”
