There comes a time
when all the anger has subsided
and all the energy is drained
and all I want is to be sad
Just regular sad
I want to cry like a baby in a corner
only for a minute or so
Then feel better

I see it as a release of emotions! But, yes, just regular sad.....after all the anger!! Stay strong! Thank you for sharing!!
There's a comfortable feeling in sadness. Perhaps we comfort ourselves there.. great write!
